Just click the allergy or allergies that you are suffering from and then go to our shop. You will automatically receive a pre-selection of products designed specifically to suit your needs. The pre-selection was put together in collaboration with affected people, doctors, hospitals and specialised personnel.

Note: This filter is merely designed to make your choice easier. It is of course possible that products that are not listed may also be good for you.

Tolerance Filter

Hours of studying ingredient lists has come to an end!
It is particularly difficult for allergy sufferers and people with chemical sensitivities to find products that are free of allergenic ingredients.

Many years of exchanging information and experiences with allergy sufferers have helped us develop an intelligent solution for this problem.

The search for suitable products is now easy and fast thanks to our tolerance filter. The filter marks all products in our shop that contain the ingredients that you are allergic to.

This is how it works:

  1.  Click the ingredients that cause you to have an allergic reaction. You can do this directly in the list. If a substance is not in the list then it is not to be found in any of our products. The tolerance filter automatically turns itself on after you have entered your data.
  2. Depending on your selection, all products containing one or more of the selected substances are now marked with a „Stop“ sign.
  3. If you want to turn the filter “off”, then just click filter off

Important Note:
This service has been prepared to the best of our knowledge in cooperation with allergists and manufacturers. However, for your own safety it is always best to double-check the ingredients in every product and if necessary pay close attention to personal compatibility.

How Do I Order?

Go Right To The Shop
You start shopping by clicking one of the categories on the left-hand side.

  1. If you want to buy an item simply click the orange button "Buy". The button can be found on the upper right hand side of every item.
  2. When you are finished with your shopping, just click the shopping cart which can be found at the right-hand top of the page.
  3. You can view and check your order again in the basket before clicking the "Checkout" button.
  4. Now you are in the address field. Please fill in all fields if possible and then click “continue”.
  5. Now choose a method of payment.
  6. Now you have reached „place your order“. When you click this button your order is ready and on its way to Pure Nature.
  7. You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail and your delivery will soon be on its way.

Fast & Easy With Our Quick Order Form:
This feature is for those who already know the item number or are ordering from our catalogue.

  1. This function can be found on the top of the page.
  2. Enter the first five digits of the item number and click the button ">>" (arrows)
  3. The article appears and the quantity can still be changed.
  4. When you have chosen all products, then click „Checkout“.
  5. Now you are in the address field. Please fill in all fields when possible and click "continue".
  6. Now choose the method of payment.
  7. Now you have reached "place your order". When you click this button your order is ready and on its way to Pure Nature.

We deliver with Royal Mail or DHL 5 days a week (except Saturdays and Sundays).

If nobody is at home to accept the delivery, you will receive a notice in your letterbox. You can then arrange for a second delivery.

Right of Cancellation

2. Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the purchase of an item or services without having to give a reason at any time within seven working days, beginning, in the case of goods, on the day after you receive the goods, and in the case of services, beginning on the day after you purchase the services (a "cooling off period"). Please be aware that you will lose your right to cancel a contract for the provision of services during the cooling-off period once we have commenced activation of the services or you use the services, whichever is the earlier. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address.

Cancellation consequences

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be recredited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
Where we collect an item from you we reserve the right to charge the direct costs of recovery from the payment card used for the original order.

REFUNDS POLICY

If you return the goods to us because you have cancelled your purchase within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case,within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the goods in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us;

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we have delivered an incorrect quantity, please return the product to us.
Once we have confirmed the product defect or other problem, we will:
- provide a full refund for any goods that are damaged or defective, if this is within a reasonable time following the sale; or
- at your option, repair or replace the goods at our cost (including the cost of postage), unless this would not be possible or would be disproportionately costly in the circumstances, in which case we will refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

While you do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract and nor will you have to pay any penalty, it is essential that you return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.



After receiving the goods we will transfer the merchandise value to your account or reimburse your credit card or PayPal account.
