wir haben die Glaspfanne von Visions und diesen Topf zuhause in Gebrauch. Die Pfanne ist mir oft zu klein und leider gibt es keine größere. Darum habe ich 2-3 mal im Topf bei mittlerer bis niedriger Temperatur Zwiebeln + Gemüse angebraten, auch einmal Tofu. Das ging ganz gut mit Zugabe von Wasser nach Bedarf. Jetzt habe ich aber einen Pflegehinweis zum Topf in meinen Unterlagen gefunden, auf dem explizit vom Braten abgeraten wird. Warum ist das so? Schade ich ihm damit? Mir schien der Topf wie ein Wok und das sanfte Braten + Dünsten hat zwar länger gedauert, aber ganz gut funktioniert.
Eine weitere Frage bzw. Bitte ist, ob Sie mit Ihrer jahrelangen Erfahrung mit den Töpfen und der Pfanne eine Bedienungsanleitung als Video erstellen könnten. Gerade das Braten in der Pfanne ist für Anfänger nicht so leicht und gelingt bei uns selten so, wie wir es uns wünschen würden.
