How can I order my desired product?
Place the selected product in the shopping basket. Click “Checkout” and follow the 5 easy steps to ordering. When you reach step 5, you can review your order once again. If you should have a voucher code you can directly enter it into the shopping basket and your savings are displayed immediately.
Is there a minimum order value?
We have no minimum order value at PureNature. However, vouchers can be tied to a minimum order value, as indicated in our newsletters and mailings.
How can I redeem a voucher?
Do you have a gift certificate or a voucher code from a PureNature newsletter or mailing which you would like to redeem? Just enter the code into the shopping basket at the end of the ordering process. Enter the voucher code and click the "Redeem voucher" button. Your savings will be displayed immediately.
Do I have to set up a customer account to order?
No, you don’t have to have a customer account in order to order. However, a customer account does offer many advantages. You can find more information under “Questions & Answers” -> "My Account"
What are the shipping costs for my parcel?

How long will it take to deliver my order?
Products which are in stock will be sent within 24 hours. Your parcel will be delivered with DHL and will usually arrive within 1-2 days. If a holiday or weekend is in between, it may take a little longer.
Can I enter differing billing and delivery addresses?
Yes, please enter your preferred billing and delivery addresses when ordering. In step 3 under “Enter your address”, there is the possibility to enter a differing address under “delivery address”.

Will my credit card or account data be stored?
We use your personal information solely for the ordering and delivery process and do not disclose information to third parties. If you pay by credit card, your credit card data will only be forwarded to companies that are directly involved in the payment process. We do not store credit card data at PureNature. That's why we ask for your understanding that when you order online or by phone we will request the information again.
What must I pay attention to by payments from abroad?
Please use the EU standard money transfer SEPA or the equivalent online if you are making an online payment. For payments from abroad you need the following information:

How can I return a product?
Should you not like one or more products, they don’t meet your expectations, have been damaged in transit or do not work, please contact our customer service or send the product back to us.
I received a damaged product. What shall I do?
Please contact our customer service by phone or per E-Mail. We will try to help or send a replacement as soon as possible.
Did you receive my return?
Once your return arrives it will processed by our staff. You will receive a credit from us and the amount will be deducted from your bill. If you would prefer a replacement, please indicate this on the return. If you do not receive a message from us within 10 days, please contact us by E-mail at info@purenature.de
When will I receive a replacement for my return?
We will do our very best to send you a replacement as soon as possible. And of course we will send this to you free of charge.
Why did I receive a credit instead of a replacement for my product?
It may happen that we are unable to send a replacement for a particular product. If the product is unavailable we will refund the amount. The refund will take place in the same manner as the payment, for example by credit card, or bank transfer, etc.
When can I expect a refund?
We process a credit within 3 days of receipt. Please allow another 5-10 days until the credit reaches your account. This depends on your method of payment, whether you choose credit card or your bank. You will receive the credit in the same manner as you paid. For example, if you paid by credit card, then your credit card will be credited with the amount. If the credit card is rejected or the expiration date has expired, we will contact you.
You transferred the wrong amount. Why?
Granted, we make mistakes sometimes, too. If you think we have transferred the wrong amount please contact our customer service with your customer number and credit number.

Do I need a customer account to order from PureNature?
You don't need a customer account to order from PureNature. But a PureNature account offers many advantages. Your personal account informs you, for example about open orders, invoices and returns. For more information about this topic, see below: "Why a customer account?".
How can I set up a customer account?
The simple way to your customer account: On the homepage you will find the field "Register", and with one click you have the registration form. Fill out the mandatory fields and click on "Register". You will receive an e-mail to confirm that you have successfully registered at PureNature.
How can I login if I am already a PureNature customer?
Just click „Login“ and enter your E-mail address and password.
Why is a customer account a good idea?
There are many good reasons for your personal account. You only enter your data once and can then always order quickly and easily. Also you can view your past orders and place products from previous orders in your shopping basket. You can save your favorite items on a personal wish list and place them in the shopping cart at a later date. Your settings in the allergy and tolerance filters are saved for your next visit.
I forgot my password. What shall I do?
In the login area click "forgot password". Simply enter the E-mail address with which you are registered at PureNature. Now you can request a new password and we will send it to you immediately.
How can I review my orders and my open account?
If you have already created an account you can log in by clicking on "Login" in the customer area and view your personal data. Your personal account will show you everything at a glance: Here you can view your outstanding orders and invoices.
How can I edit my data?
Please log in as usual to view your account. Here you can "edit" the gray fields to set up your personal account exactly as you like. You can change for example, addresses and method of payment, view your previous orders and adjust your wish list or the allergy and tolerance filter.
