Unlike white flour breads, our organic baker’s breads retain the vital bran, the grain seeds and the essential fibers and minerals. You will taste the difference. The loaves contain no preservatives and have a shelf life of up to 6 months. Made from buckwheat sourdough, enriched with corn and rice and then rounded off with apple and honey.
