Red palm oil is a virgin vegetable oil, which is obtained from controlled organically grown oil palms (Arecaceae / Elaeis guineensis) by cold pressing. DE - 005 Eco Control.

Organic palm oil is mainly used as a vitamin-rich food supplement and for skin care. The fruit seeds contain about 50-70% of fatty oil.

Red palm oil is due to its naturally contained carotenoids (Vitamin A) and tocotrienols (Vitamin E) very much appreciated. It is very heat-stable and suitable for refining exotic vegetables, pasta and rice dishes as well as for baking and frying. Use sparingly but regularly. One pinch per serving is enough to supply your body with valuable, natural vitamins.
