The organic milk with 3.5% fat is lactose-free and has all the benefits of milk and is especially designed for people with a milk sugar (lactose) intolerance. DE-006 Eco-Control.

The maximum level of lactose (milk sugar) is below the detection limit - less than 0.1%.
Persons with a lactose intolerance cannot metabolise lactose at all or adequately.In this milk, the lactose is divided enzymatic into glucose and galactose.
This allows people with a lactose intolerance to have the benefits of milk again.
By splitting the lactose, the milk gets a slightly sweet flavour. Product can be stored for several months.
