Delicious spelt-apple cake can be prepared very quickly and is always a success. The cake can be baked without milk, eggs, lactose and vegan which is ideal for people with allergies, but baking with egg and butter is possible. The flour is 100% spelt flour.

You add:

For the cake bottom: 175 g butter, 1 egg or 200 g margarine
For the topping: 1 kg tart apples such as russet, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon if desired
