The first soy cream that can be whipped like real cream. Just add a teaspoon of guar flour and whip it. Now people with a cow's milk-allergy, vegans and health-conscious individuals can refine their cake, ice, fruit salad and much more with vegan whipped cream. CreSoy has a fat content of only 14% (compared with conventional whipped cream which has 30% fat).

Pour well-chilled CreSoy vegan whipped cream in a high measuring cup and mix at the highest level with an electric mixer. After 1 minute add the guar flour and whip until the cream has the right consistency. Sweeten as needed.
