Product Description: Walnut flour, organic
Walnut flour originates from extraction of vegetable oils by pressing walnuts. The press cake contains only a small amount of the oil (about 10%). Finely pulverised it is as nutty-aromatic baking ingredient for gluten-free petit-four.

The appetizing aromatic substances, as we know from roasted almonds, roasted hazelnuts and walnuts, are build by baking.
A welcome ingredient for ring-shaped cake, gingerbread or fruit bread and muesli, yoghurt, or as an admixture in pasta. The amount of calories of the oil-rich nuts is reduced, but healthy enjoyment and taste are in the foreground.
We recommend an alternatively addition of about 10% nut flour instead of baking flour.
