The bread made from wheat and rye tastes great every day without baking-and-genetic engineering additions. You only have to add a little olive oil, water and yeast. Ready! Baking mixes from BAUCK, one of the oldest Demeter farms in Germany, are exclusively made from organic ingredients. The grains are processed into various products in Bauck’s own mill. The bread mixes are also ideal for allergy sufferers, because they do not contain chicken eggs, lactose, added iodine or spices. The mixtures can be prepared in the oven or in a baking bread machine.
