Quick magic: you only need to add soft butter or margarine, milk and two eggs if desired! Makes about 12 muffins if made with eggs, and 10 muffins without eggs.

What do I need if I bake with eggs, milk and butter?
1 package of the mix, 75 g soft butter (or margarine), 2 eggs and 100 ml of milk.

What do I need if I bake without eggs?
1 package of the mix, 100 g melted margarine and 100 ml cold water.

You can use water, soy milk, oat milk or rice milk as a milk substitute.
