Natural, pure sweetener: White crystalline extract powder from the leaves of the Stevia Rebaudiana, which is also known as sugar leaf or sweet honey leaf. The perfect sweetener.
The powder extract stevioside has a concentration of at least 95% of which the sum of the two steviol, stevioside and rebaudioside A is above 80%.
Composition: At least 95% steviol glycosides, of which 25% is rebaudioside A plant ingredients. Without other additives.
This substance is 300 to 400 times sweeter than normal sugar and calorie-free!
How can Stevia Powder be used?

ein Teelöffel Stevia Pulver entspricht in etwas 200g Zucker. Entsprechend sollte man sparsam damit umgehen.
Unser Tipp: Nehmen Sie einen unserer Salzlöffelchen aus Horn, damit lässt sich das Stevia Pulver sehr schön dosieren.
Für Kaffee sind die Tabs sehr praktisch, es gibt sie auch in unserem Shop.

Ich würde Stevia gerne für meine kohlensäurehaltigen Getränke verwenden (statt Zucker). "Das Stevia Pulver ist ca. 300 mal süßer als Haushaltszucker". Also würde ich bei 0,1g des Steviapulvers die ungefähr selbe Süße erreichen wie mit 30g Zucker?
