Poultry roaster for juicy tender meat
With Römertopf chicken roasters made of heat-storing clay ceramics, chickens and other poultry become crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The chicken is placed on a stand on which heat is also transferred to the inside of the poultry, so it is cooked evenly and prevents the meat from drying out. The poultry roaster with grill bar ensures that no fat splashes and that side dishes can be cooked at the same time. This also prevents the formation of flames on the grill. The Roman pot chicken roaster was developed in cooperation with the chef Johann Lafer and is handmade in the Westerwald. The chicken stand is suitable for oven, grill and microwave and can be used in many ways. Poultry such as ducks up to 2 kg can easily be grill perfectly. The hard, smooth chicken roaster ceramic made of refractory clay can withstand temperatures of up to 900°C, is easy to clean with a stainless steel pad and is suitable for dishwashers. The rustic design with wide edge not only looks beautiful, but also offers a secure grip. The chicken roaster ceramic without heavy metals and lead is 100% food safe, outside black and inside transparent glazed. This allows poultry and side dishes to be served appetisingly right at the table for stylish barbecue enjoyment.
