Frage zum KokoswasserIch würde gerne wissen, ob es pasteurisiert ist. Ich verstehe nicht, warum das nirgends genau steht. Ihre ganzen positiven Angaben da oben, sind gar nichts wert, wenn das Kokoswasser pasteurisiert ist. Eigentlich sollte das ganz groß irgendwo stehen, Aber ich konnte nichts finden. Schade, so kaufe ich es nicht.Hallo Alexandra,Dr. Marins Kokoswasser ist nicht pasteurisiert. Es wird in Kühlcontainern nach Deutschland gebracht. Eine Erhitzung findet ganz bewusst nicht statt. Das Bio Kokoswasser wird durch ein speziell entwickeltes Mikrofiltrationsverfahren gereinigt. Hierbei gehen keine Nährstoffe verloren.
