Shipping costs
Below you will find the shipping costs and delivery times for all countries to which we currently deliver. Orders which exceed a maximum weight of 31kg might be shipped in several parcels without extra charge.
Furniture deliveries as well as bulky items are sent via a haulage company. There are no additional costs involved unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Our minimum order value is 10.00 EUR. Smaller orders are not economically viable.
If we cannot deliver all ordered items in one consignment all subsequent deliveries to complete the order will be made free of charge.

Customs clearance information for non-EU countries
The prices of the items for delivery in countries outside the EU are calculated as net prices without VAT. Customs fees, import fees as well as the taxes according to the laws of the destination country are payable by the customer for all deliveries in non-European countries. This includes customers from Switzerland, Norway and all other countries outside the EU.
The estimated delivery time to countries outside the EU refers to the time the delivery takes to reach the responsible customs office.
