The RIESS egg and serving pan is made from enamelled steel and is suitable for egg dishes, small meals and baked recipes. Two short handles allow prepared food to be served directly from the pan.
The steel core absorbs heat quickly and distributes it across the cooking surface. Its smooth enamel coating is flavour-neutral as well as resistant to cuts and scratches. The pan can be used on induction, gas and glass-ceramic hobs, in the oven, on a grill and over an open fire.

Material
The pan is made from sheet steel with an enamel coating. The steel core provides rapid heat absorption, while the smooth coating prevents food from coming into direct contact with the metal.
Colour and Finish
The exterior is Gold Yellow. The interior has a cream-coloured enamel finish.

The inner diameter is 18.5 cm. The cooking surface measures 16 cm and the pan has a depth of 4 cm.
Its usable capacity is 0.7 litres, with a maximum filling capacity of 0.95 litres.
The external dimensions are approximately 25.8 × 19.9 × 4.2 cm. The base contact area measures 15.4 cm and the pan weighs approximately 366 g.
Suitable Heat Sources
The pan can be used on induction, gas and glass-ceramic hobs. It is also suitable for ovens, grills and open fires.
The manufacturer recommends a maximum operating temperature of 220°C.
Use
The pan is suitable for fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes and small baked dishes. Use an appropriate amount of oil or cooking fat when frying.
Enamel cookware heats up quickly, so the temperature should be reduced once the pan has reached the required heat.
Care Instructions
Remove all labels and rinse the pan thoroughly before first use.
The pan is dishwasher-safe. To help preserve the appearance of the enamel, hand washing with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge is recommended.
Soak stubborn food residue before cleaning. Do not use steel wool, wire brushes, coarse scouring products or highly abrasive sponges.

The egg and serving pan is manufactured by RIESS in Austria. The company uses electricity from its own hydropower generation for the production of its enamel cookware.
