After many years of storage, the Balsamico di Modena IPG acquires its dark colour and a thicker consistency than other vinegars. Premium quality balsamic vinegar is perfect with tomatoes with mozzarella, on fine carpaccio or to season salads. Try the combination of strawberries or grapes with Aceto Balsamico!
