Absolutely chlorine-free and unbleached. If You Care parchment paper is chlorine-free and is packed in an unbleached recycling carton. It is biodegradable and coated with non-toxic silicone to prevent sticking. You can use it in the oven at temperatures up to 220° C. It can also be used in the microwave.

The carton is also compostable, but should be recycled - the waste produced is minimal.

The baking paper is allergen-free, gluten-free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, kosher and halal certified. No greasing is necessary, nothing sticks and the taste of food is not affected in any way. The parchment paper can be used multiple times on both sides.

What is silicone?
The silicone used for the coating comes from silicon, a natural element that occurs in sand, quartz and rock. Silicon behaves completely non-toxic when burned. It is an effective and absolutely environmentally friendly non - stick surface.
