VegEgg, vegan egg substitute based on lupine flour

Arche VegEgg - vegan egg replacement without gluten
Vegans don't have to do without anything - not even dishes that require egg in the recipe. Because the vegan egg substitute VegEgg from Arche makes it possible. Simply mix with water as indicated on the packaging and use immediately as you like.

VegEgg is very well suited as an egg substitute in all types of dough, but also for the preparation of sauces or creams for casseroles or gratins. The versatile vegan egg substitute loosens up and binds dough very similar to egg. Try Arche VegEgg in sweet pancakes prepared with gluten-free flour and rice milk or a quiche with vegetables and a icing of soy cream, VegEgg and spices!

The preparation of VegEgg is very simple:
Mix 1 lightly heaped tablespoon (approx. 7.5 g) of VegEgg with 30 ml cold water. You can use the mixed mass like eggs, e.g. in cake dough, cookie dough, for pancakes, waffles, sauces and many other recipes. 1 tbsp corresponds to one egg. One pack of VegEgg replaces approx. 21 eggs.

The preparation of scrambled eggs, fried eggs or similar egg dishes is not possible with VegEgg.

The raw materials for Arche VegEgg are not iodized.

Contains: Lupine, corn.
