The WECK cylinder jar with glass lid is suitable for preserving, storing, portioning and serving a variety of foods. Its tall, slim shape is particularly practical for longer ingredients such as asparagus, beans or carrots. The transparent glass keeps the contents clearly visible.
The set contains six jars with matching glass lids. Preserving rings and clips are additionally required for preserving and airtight sealing. These accessories are not included.
Versatile Use in the Kitchen and Pantry
The straight cylinder shape allows food to be arranged neatly and efficiently inside the jar. In addition to vegetables, it can also be used for fruit, compote, soups, sauces, chutneys, dips and dry pantry foods.

Preserving and Sealing

Preserving rings with a diameter of 60 mm are required for this jar. Preserving times and temperatures depend on the food and the recipe used.
Suitable for Storage and Serving
In addition to preserving, the cylinder jar can be used for organised storage of dry foods or for portioning prepared dishes. It is also suitable for serving salads, desserts, compote, juices and other drinks.
Suitable WECK sealing accessories are required for long-term or airtight storage.
Easy to Clean
The jars and glass lids are dishwasher-safe and can be cleaned easily after use.
Before each preserving process, all components should be cleaned thoroughly and checked for cracks, chips or other damage. Damaged jars or lids must not be used for preserving.
