The Fidibus 21 from Komo presents itself in a clear, timeless design. The big hopper that can hold one kilogram of grain and the sturdy, self-sharpening millstones of modern corundum/ceramic make it so easy to grind flour. Highest craftsmanship is reflected in the attractive housing of solid beech, where the wood used is naturally from certified native forests.
Grind spelt, rye, barley, millet, wheat are no problem for the Fidibus 21. The mill is not suitable for nuts.
You can grind:
wheat, rye, spelt, barley, durum wheat, green rye.
oats in small quantities, since the stones stick otherwise.
spices, when mixed can be grinded, approx. a handful to a full hopper
The powerful 250W effortlessly provides 100 grams of flour per minute and can serve larger families without a problem. The fineness of the ground material can be easily adjusted according to your needs and is very user-friendly. The mill can be, like all Komo mills, easily opened by hand and cleaned.
The surfaces of the Fidibus 21 are treated only with organic vegetable oil.
