Kann es sein, dass der Topf stinkt, wenn man den Herd auf voll Power einstellt?Kann ich den Topf zurücksenden, wenn der den Gestank abgibt? Bei allen meinen Visions Töpfen bisher hatte ich Probleme, wenn ich den Herd auf mehr als 7 eingestellt habe. Das hat dazu geführt, dass ich 35 min auf meinen Tee warten musste, statt 5-10 min.Hallo, wir könnennur unbenutzte Töpfe zurücknehmen. Wir nutzen diese Töpfe seit über 15 Jahren selbst, sie riechen auch bei hoher Temperatur nicht. Warum verwenden Sie zum Wasser und Tee kochen keinen Glas-Wasserkessel (siehe Artnr. 60644)?Beste Grüße, Ihr PureNature Team
