Using the highest quality activated carbon, your Blueair Dual Protection air purifier cleans the air four times faster of gaseous pollutants than other activated carbon filters for Blueair Classic models. The pure, highly porous coconut activated carbon is free of chemical additives while being highly efficient at filtering gaseous chemicals, chimney smoke, VOCs, car exhaust, SMOG, odors and fine particulate matter.

Combination HEPA - and activated carbon filter
Adapted to HEPASilent technology, Blueair Dual Protection filters are able to filter particulate matter > 0.1µm to 99.97% from indoor air. These include pollen, dust, hair and pet dander, mold spores, viruses, bacteria and also microplastics, all without reducing the CADR - values of their air purifier.

Blueair filter replacement - quick & easy
The replacement of the respective Blueair replacement filters is easy and can be done without tools. Pull out the used HEPA and activated carbon filters, put them in a plastic waste bag and clean the inside of the unplugged air purifier with a vacuum cleaner or a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Insert the new Blueair Dual Protection Filters with the black activated carbon side facing out and close the unit. If there is a slight new odor at first, run the air purifier in a separate room on the highest power setting. Change Blueair Dual Protection filters regularly and enjoy the clean air your air purifier delivers. Filter replacement is due after 6 months if the air purifier is running 24 a day or or after approximately 4380 hours of operation, depending on the load situation.
