The clever sieve attachment for all types of KoMo grain mills for flour sieving consists of Plexiglas and has a beech wood lid. With its 400 g capacity, even ground flours can be quickly sieved. You can choose the mesh size of the flour sieve you want. Three mesh sizes are available, from fine to coarse. The sieve attachment can be easily and quickly placed on the mill. The KoMo sieve attachment makes bakers' hearts beat faster. Freshly ground flour is best for hearty wholemeal breads. Although KoMo's electric grain mills can also produce fine wholemeal flour, certain recipes require flour without bran. The fine flour sieve gives you a flour with which you can also make a sponge cake base. The remaining bran can be used to enrich muesli or bake low-carbohydrate breads. The sieve attachment is suitable for all types of grain and also sieves gluten-free sieves such as rice or millet flour.
Instruction for commissioning with the grain mill
Using the flour sieve with the KoMo flour mill is very simple: you turn off the funnel of your KoMo flour mill and remove the upper millstone from the grinder without tools. Instead of the funnel, the KoMo sieve attachment is now screwed in and off you go. Depending on the desired degree of fineness, you can choose between 3 sieve inserts (fine, medium and coarse). The sieve insert itself can be changed in no time without tools.
