Indian psyllium husk Application
Stir one or two teaspoons of Govinda Indian Psyllium Husks ground into 250 ml of liquid once or twice a day. The organic psyllium husks are neutral in taste, can be combined with muesli, yogurt, soup or smoothie. As an addition to baking bread, rolls or pancakes, 1 tsp of finely ground psyllium husks per kilo of flour loosens the dough.
