Yogurt maker without electricity: Application
Making yogurt in the yogurt maker is easy: Heat milk briefly in a saucepan to 80-82°C and pour into the yogurt maker jar, cool to 43-46°C, add starter cultures and let sit in the thermal bag for 8-10 hours. The bag maintains the temperature in the yogurt maker jar. After that, you can eat the yogurt directly. Refine it to taste with fruit, nuts or fruit puree. The small jar in the set is intended for taking your own yogurt creations.
