Product information

Customize to your individual needs
The folding cotton bandages give you flexible security because they can easily be adapted to your needs. For heavier bleeding, it is folded in width to make it thicker. Folded lengthwise, it becomes longer and thinner. The Kulmine fabric bandages hold in well-fitting cotton briefs without slipping. For extra support you can combine them with a wing bandage or with a classic insert for heavy bleeding. Both products are available in the PureNature Shop.

binding, organic and sustainable
Washable fabric bandages are not only a skin-friendly alternative to disposable bandages, they also protect the environment. The bandages without adhesive tape or plastic do not irritate the skin, are hard-wearing and last for years. The best thing about sanitary napkins without adhesive tape is that they do not look like sanitary napkins. They are the perfect companion on the go and after use the cotton bandages can be folded outwards with the clean side for hygienic transport. We recommend a mild organic detergent without perfume for washing, so that your skin can feel really good even during the "days".
