The RIESS Flora pouring pot is suitable for heating and pouring milk, water, sauces, soups and other liquids. Its shaped spout supports controlled pouring, while the loop handle makes the pot easy to hold and serve from.
The enamelled steel core absorbs heat quickly and distributes it across the base. A rounded rolled rim stabilises the small milk pot and provides a robust finish.

Material
The milk pot is made from enamelled sheet steel. The steel core provides rapid heat absorption, while the smooth enamel surface prevents food from coming into direct contact with the metal.
Colour and Finish
The Flora design features a delicate floral pattern on white enamel.
Available Sizes
The RIESS Flora pouring pot is available in diameters of 10 cm and 12 cm.
The 10 cm version has a depth of 10 cm and a capacity of 0.75 litres. Its external dimensions are approximately 16.3 × 11.6 × 10.2 cm, and it weighs around 340 g.
The 12 cm version has a depth of 11.5 cm and a capacity of 1 litre. Its external dimensions are approximately 18.7 × 13.6 × 11.8 cm, and it weighs around 470 g.
Suitable Heat Sources
The pouring pot is suitable for induction, gas and glass-ceramic hobs. It can also be used in the oven, on a grill and over an open fire.
The manufacturer recommends a maximum operating temperature of 220°C.
Use
The small pouring pot is suitable for heating milk and water as well as preparing sauces, soups and small portions.
The spout allows liquids to be poured directly into cups, bowls and other containers. As enamel cookware heats quickly, the temperature can be reduced after preheating.
The handle may become hot during use. An oven glove or suitable handle cover should be used.
Care Instructions
Remove all labels before first use. The pot can then be rinsed with boiling water and a small amount of vinegar.
Dishwasher cleaning is possible. Hand washing with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge or brush is recommended to preserve the finish and floral design.
Soak stubborn residue in warm water and washing-up liquid. Do not use wire brushes, steel wool, coarse abrasive cleaners or sponges containing ceramic particles.

The RIESS Flora pouring pot is manufactured in Austria. RIESS uses electricity generated by its own hydropower facilities to produce its enamel cookware.
