Air filtration technology designed for performance
Thanks to two fans and two large V-shaped filter units, the Pro L air purifier can meet any requirement. The air flow rate is 1071 m³/h for rooms up to 72 m². The filter efficiency of the Blueair Pro L model for dust, pollen and smoke far exceeded CADR requirements in validated tests.

The air is replaced by the air cleaning device at least 5 times per hour in the room. Despite its exceptional performance, the Blueair Pro air purifier is extremely quiet and does not disturb even in the office or doctor's surgery.

Minimum energy consumption
The power consumption for the air purifier is as low as that of a 22 watt light bulb when running at a low level. For its energy efficiency the Blueair Pro L air purifier has already been awarded the Energy Star.

High-tech filter technology
The Pro series is equipped with an innovative filter technology. Contaminated air is sucked into the ion chamber and charged there. This negative charge binds the particles to the HEPA filter elements very efficiently. An activated carbon filter integrated in the HEPA/Smokestop is used for filtering of gaseous substances. The cleaned air leaves the unit into the room - for clean air to breathe. Like all Blueair air purifiers, the Pro L is guaranteed ozone-free.

The Smokestop™ activated carbon filter integrated in the Pro L is already installed ex works in every PureNature Blueair air purifier. This filter even neutralises particularly strong tobacco smoke, kitchen odours and gaseous substances such as toluene, solvents, formaldehyde, car exhaust gases and much more. The Smokestop filter is ideal for people with MCS who react strongly to odours and pollutants. A HEPA particle filter is integrated in the Smokestop. This HEPA filter absorbs 99.97 % of all particles larger than 0.1 micron. Thus even the smallest particles, such as fine dust, bacteria, smoke particles, toner dust or mould spores are reliably removed from the room air. The patented HEPASilent also helps to improve the indoor air during the pollen season.
