Order tracking

Tracking the order

 

At PureNature you can track your order. Each status update can be viewed on your customer account. You can follow your order from order confirmation to successful delivery. Just click on My Account LINK, on Orders and then on the requested order (track order).

 

With your shipping confirmation email you will also receive the shipping number issued by the courier service with which you can track the status and whereabouts of your order at any time.

 

The delivery of several parcels

It can happen that your order is made up of two or more part deliveries. In that case all parcels may not arrive the same day. For each parcel you will receive a different shipping number via email. They allow you to track each parcel separately.

 

Delivery with a haulage company

You are expecting a furniture or bulky item delivery from us?

The haulage company will call you beforehand and arrange for a delivery date. You will always know the exact day and time of arrival of your delivery. Should the haulage company not arrive at the arranged delivery time please call our customer services.

 

Should there be visible damage to the outside of your delivery, any other delivery problem or if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer services.
