Prepayment
Process of paying by prepayment
After you have placed your order with us you will receive an email with our bank details, your order number and the request to transfer the order amount.
Please transfer the total cost of your order within 7 calendar days. For that time period we will hold your goods for you. Depending on the Credit Institute it can take two to three working days before we receive payment.
Your order will be immediately processed after we have received payment. It is important to provide the order number on the transfer form as reason for payment so that we can connect your payment to your order.
If you return an item we will refund the amount to the same account from which you made your payment.
Express delivery is not possible with prepayment.
