The WECK mold jar with glass lid is suitable for preserving, baking, portioning, serving and storing sweet and savoury foods. Its wide opening and nearly straight inner shape make the jar easy to fill, eat from and unmould.
The set contains six jars, each supplied with a matching glass lid. The transparent glass keeps ingredients and individual layers clearly visible. Its practical size is suitable for small meals, desserts, jams, dips and prepared portions.
Versatile Mold Jar for the Kitchen and Dining Table
The WECK mold jar can be used for a variety of foods and pantry ingredients. Dishes can be prepared directly inside the jar and then served at the breakfast table, on a buffet or as individual portions.
The jar is suitable for:

Straight Mold Shape for Easy Unmoulding
The nearly straight inner shape makes it easier to remove firm foods and baked goods. Small cakes, bread, pudding and other individually prepared dishes can be turned out of the jar after preparation.
The wide opening also makes filling, serving and cleaning easier.
Preserving and Sealing
For preserving, the glass lid is used together with a suitable preserving ring and preserving clips. The glass lid alone does not create an airtight seal.
Preserving rings with a diameter of 100 mm are required for this mold jar. Preserving rings and clips are not included and are available separately.
Preserving times and temperatures depend on the food and recipe used.
Baking in the Jar
The heat-resistant mold jar can be used to bake small cakes or bread when following a suitable recipe. Its shape makes finished baked goods easier to remove.
The jar should not be exposed to sudden temperature changes. Before baking, check that the glass is free from cracks, chips and other damage.
Serving and Preparing Food
Desserts, starters, dips, salads, pasta and muesli can be arranged and served directly in the jar. The transparent glass keeps the ingredients visible and is also suitable for layered dishes.
Before transport, check that the selected closure is suitable for the contents and intended method of transport.
Storing Pantry Ingredients
Dry foods such as nuts, spices, baking ingredients and small snacks can also be stored neatly inside the jar.
A matching WECK plastic lid with a diameter of 100 mm can be used for covered storage or refrigeration. It is available separately.
Easy to Clean
The jar and glass lid are dishwasher-safe and can be cleaned easily after use.
Before preserving or baking, all components should be cleaned thoroughly and checked for possible damage. Damaged jars or lids must not be used.
