The lightweight Medium Lyocell duvet is breathable and always feels pleasantly dry, no matter how much you sweat. The hollow fibre absorbs a lot of moisture and is one of the best bed materials for frequent sweating. The Medium Lyocell duvet has a low heat output, which is sufficient for the warmer days of the year.
The high-quality cover consists of fine shining Tencel satin, which is very cuddly and smooth.

An allergy to Tencel is not known. Tencel feels wonderfully soft on the skin and much smoother than cotton. Tencel can be washed at 60°C, making it an unsurpassed fibre for people with sensitive skin and a tendency to irritation - even with psoriasis and neurodermatitis. A good alternative for people allergic to animal hair who are looking for a washable blanket.
