The camel's hair protects the animal from large temperature fluctuations from sub-zero temperatures up to 50°C heat. The camel hair blanket can therefore very well balance the temperature in the bed.

Camel hair in general is not washable, but due to the self-cleaning properties of camel hair, regular shaking and airing of the blanket is normally sufficient. However, if cleaning the camel hair blanket is necessary, we recommend professional cleaning. Do not put in the dryer, do not iron.
Allergy
An allergy to camel hair is very rare. The camel hairs used are cleaned several times with water and do not contain any known allergens. If you have an animal hair allergy, you should choose another blanket filling as a precaution. For allergy sufferers we offer a large selection of duvets with purely vegetable fibres, which are also washable.
