The sheep's wool in this underbed is obtained from controlled organic animal husbandry, i.e. species-appropriate husbandry of the sheep. The healthy sheep's wool with a high proportion of natural lanolin is not treated with pesticides and is only washed with water.

Sleep Properties of the sheep's wool underbed
The underbed sheep's wool absorbs moisture at night without feeling damp. During the day, the sheep's wool releases moisture again. Wool consists mainly of air and thus warms in a pleasant way. The sheep's wool underbed balances the temperature and is therefore suitable for all seasons. The PureNature sheep's wool underblanket is air-permeable, breathable and provides a cuddly nest feeling.

Processing the PureNature underblanket Sheep wool
The 100% sheep's wool from controlled organic animal husbandry is quilted to a cover of 100% organic cotton fine batiste with elaborate check quilting. Thus the filling remains always fixed and offers a nest like sleep pleasure. Four corner rubbers fix the lower bed to the mattress and prevent it from slipping.

Care of the sheep's wool underbed
Regular ventilation and the self-cleaning properties of sheep's wool are normally sufficient for sufficient care of the underblanket. The natural fibres are protected and you will enjoy this underblanket for a long time. The underblanket sheep wool is not washable, we recommend a professional cleaning of the underblanket if necessary. Do not iron, do not bleach, do not tumble dry.

Use underblanket in bed
The lower bed is fixed to the mattress with the tension straps at the corners. Then use your bed sheet or fitted sheet as usual over the mattress and underblanket. If you use an Encasing mite protection, only the mattress will be covered with the Encasing. The underbed is then placed between the mattress/encasing and the bed sheet. In this case, we recommend that you use a washable underblanket so that mites cannot settle there in the long term.
