The oat flakes for the gluten-free oat bread baking mixture are controlled gluten-free - each batch is controlled for its gluten content, a value of less than 20 ppm gluten is guaranteed. Oat flakes are gluten-free by nature, but are often contaminated with gluten-containing cereals. With Bauckhof's gluten-free oat flakes, strict attention is paid to the separation of gluten-containing grain from cultivation, transport and further processing in order to completely rule out contamination even by dust. Bauckhof Haferbrot is suitable for a gluten-free diet for celiac disease and sprue.
The baking mix for gluten-free oat bread is vegan, kosher and GMO-free. Wheat free, without added sugar.
