Place an order
Place the item in the basket by clicking on the button (basket) on the item description page. If the item is available in different sizes or colours, please first choose the desired sizes or colours before placing the item in the basket.
Once you have placed the item in the basket you can get to your basket by clicking on the basket symbol. Your basket shows the summary of all items placed in your basket. Please check that all items have been chosen in the right amounts, sizes and colours. You will also see your order total including shipping costs and delivery times.
Is everything alright? Then you can finalise your order by clicking on the button (checkout). You will be guided through the checkout process and asked to provide your address and payment method if you are not already a PureNature customer. Before you finally place your order you will be asked to review your order once again. On the review order page you can see your order details, the total and the delivery address. Please check again that all details are correct. To finalise your order please click button (place order).
Shortly after you have placed your order with us we will send you a confirmation email. There you can once again check all the order details. If you have registered as a customer you can also review your details online in your account.
Once your order leaves us we will email you with the tracking number of the courier service. By clicking on the tracking number you can track your order at any time and find out an estimated time of delivery.
