Product search
How do I find a product or brand or category?
At the top of each online shop page you will find a Search Field. Here you can enter either the name of a product, the product number, a keyword or a brands which will best describe the item you are looking for.
Suggestion List
The moment you begin to enter letters or numbers the system will make suggestions that closest match the information you have entered. With every subsequent key press the suggestion list will be refined.

The right-hand side shows the Suggestion List of individual products which best matches your search query. If you click on the product you are directed straight to the product description page.
Search Results
If you have entered a term or number into the search field and confirmed it by either clicking on the magnifying glass or by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard then you will be directed to the page with the search results.
There you can view a list of items with the most relevant to your search at the top.
Here you will have the option of choosing additional filter settings to limit your search results further. If you click on a filter element you can choose from assorted characteristics. You can activate several filters and characteristics. Subsequently only those items that fulfil all your criteria are shown.
Would you like to return to the beginning of your search?
No problem, just click on the “Deactivate Filter” button and all items are shown again.
If you choose an item from the page with the search result then you will be directed to the page with the product description.
Even faster: item number
If you know the item number and enter it into the search field then you will be automatically directed to the product description.
Brands
Below the search field all categories of your search are listed. There you also find the “Brands” menu option. You will find all relevant brands under this heading. Brands can also be filtered for sizes, colours etc.
No matches?
Try the following if you do not find the item you were looking for:
- checking the spelling
- a different term
- the brand
- reduce the search terms
- using more general terms
