We would like you to be happy with your PureNature order. We offer a 14-Day-Money-Back-Guarantee. Please note the information regarding cancellation of an order and the exceptions. We would like to ask you to return the unwanted items in complete, unused and undamaged state and in their original packaging.

- For returns you can print an accompanying document. Please complete the form providing the item details and the reason for return. Add the accompanying document together with the items in their original packaging in a box of your choice.

No printer?
If you do not have a printer at your disposal or you have difficulties downloading the labels you can order return labels from our customer services.
Please help us to prevent unnecessary costs and do not send the items back without the proper return label.

Put the parcel label on the package

Seal the parcel and stick on the label so that it is easy readable. You can hand in the parcel at any DHL branch, packing station or any other DHL delivery service free of charge. Done!
Please keep the return receipt with the parcel number so that you have proof of posting.
Bulky items:
If you would like to return large items such as matrasses or furniture please get in touch with our customer service. We would like to discuss the specifics with you and collect the items from your address. A haulage company will get in touch with you to agree on a time and date.
Verification and refund by PureNature
After receipt of the parcel our returns department will check the returned items and process the refund. The refund will be processed according to your original payment method. The refund processing can take up to 14 days. As soon as we have processed your return we will send you a confirmation email.
