DHL Go Green
Climate Neutral Shipping in Co-operation with DHL
PureNature ships all orders CO2-neutral in co-operation with DHL by means of a comprehensive climate protection programme. Within the framework of the GoGreen initiative by DHL all CO2 emissions caused by transporting goods are calculated annually with a certified methodology and the subsequent offsetting of emissions is verified. In accordance with the aims and stipulations of the Kyoto Protocol the emissions are offset by climate protection programmes carried out by DHL.
Your parcels let trees grow.
By sending orders with GoGreen by DHL a variety of projects to decrease CO2 emissions are put into practice. Projects are supported in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energy and reforestation. All projects are to generate the “VER Gold Standard” carbon credits as a minimum.
By the year 2025 DHL will have increased its CO2 efficiency by 50% compared to 2007 and is aiming for zero emissions by the end of 2050.
DPD – Climate Neutral Deliveries
The Courier service DPD has undertaken to deliver all parcels climate neutral. All occurring emissions are measured so that unavoidable transport emissions can be offset with emission certificates. Various projects to generate clean energy and renewables (i.e. wind turbines) are financed with these certificates.
By 2020 DPD aims to reduce their CO2 emissions by 10% compared with 2013.
