Delivery complaint

Is the parcel damaged on the outside or is liquid leaking?

Please check the order in the presence of the courier for damage on the outside without opening it. You need to complain to the driver about any form of smashed, torn or moist packaging or clanking broken pieces and ask him for a confirmation. If the driver declines please write beside your signature (delivery damaged).

Should the outside of the box be severely damaged or should there be any indication that the contents are damaged please refuse acceptance. This will not generate additional costs for you and we will replace your order.
