Not at home at delivery time?
Should you not be at home when the courier service arrives you will receive a card through the letterbox with the information where the driver left the order for you. He might have been able to leave it with a neighbour or at the post office and it will be there ready for you to collect. At the post office you will require the notification card and some form of photo ID to collect the parcel.
If you are unable to collect the order you can use the phone number on the notification card to arrange for a re-delivery. We are always happy to arrange a re-delivery on your behalf.
