Furniture delivery
We do deliver bulky items such furniture, upholstery and beds with a specialist haulage service. You can recognise those items by the symbol in the item description. Prerequisite for a delivery of bulky items is that the delivery address is accessible by a lorry.
We deliver furniture to the following countries:

Switzerland
Belgium
Netherlands
Luxembourg
For all other countries please enquire with customer service first if delivery is possible. Delivery depends on the item, the size, weight and delivery address. If we can do a delivery we will provide you with a quotation of the exact delivery charges.
Delivery
Furniture are always delivered to your door with the exception of mattresses which are delivered to the kerb. Should you require a delivery to your door or place of use please contact our customer services. Additional fees may apply.
Assembling service and additional man power
You would prefer a specialist to assemble your furniture? For that we offer an assembling service which will deliver the furniture to the place of use and assemble them there. Any packaging material will be taken away.
Upholstery will be always delivered to the place of use, set up and the packaging material disposed of.
You can arrange the delivery time with our customer services after you have placed the order. The delivery service will confirm the arranged time again shortly before they make the delivery.
The above described service requires an additional 2 weeks delivery time as opposed to delivery to the kerb.
Express delivery for furniture is not available.
