Delivery time

The information if an item is in stock and can be delivered right away can be found on the website in the respective item descriptions. There you can see at a glance when an article can be sent. 

Items which are in stock can be packed and sent out the same day if you order before 1pm Tuesdays to Fridays. Delivery then takes place within the next four working days. No deliveries are made on weekends which may prolong the delivery time.

You can find specific delivery times for bulky products such as furniture, items that are sent directly from the producing company or for items which are currently not in stock, in the item description on the website. You also can see estimated delivery times in your basket on the website and on the order confirmation email you will receive.

We will arrange for you a part delivery free of charge if your order contains both bulky and small items or if there are unusually long delivery times for an item in your order.

 

Delivery times outside of Germany

The quoted delivery times are calculated for shipping within Germany. For shipping to other countries delivery times can be longer and vary from country to country. For an estimated delivery time to your delivery country please contact customer services. You can track your order at any time with a tracking number provided by the courier service. We will notify you of the tracking number via email.

 

Express deliveries

For an additional fee we can arrange for express delivery. If the ordered items are in stock in many cases next day delivery before 12am can be arranged within Germany. This service is not available on Saturdays. If you arrange for an express delivery the additional fees are still payable if you use your right of cancellation.

When will I receive my order?

If the order is out for delivery you can check the status of your order via the link in the shipping information on your online customer account.
