WECK Bundt cake jars with glass lids combine a distinctive cake shape with a variety of uses in the kitchen, hospitality sector and at the dining table. They are available in four sizes and are suitable for baking small Bundt cakes, preserving food, portioning and serving sweet or savoury dishes.
The shaped glass walls give cakes and firm desserts their characteristic Bundt form when removed from the jar. The transparent glass also keeps the contents clearly visible. Depending on the selected size, the jars can be used for small tasting portions, individual desserts or larger cake portions.
Four Sizes for Different Portions
The WECK Bundt cake jars are available in the following variants:
- 60 ml: 12 jars with 12 glass lids
- 110 ml: 12 jars with 12 glass lids
- 220 ml: 6 jars with 6 glass lids
- 330 ml: 6 jars with 6 glass lids
The smaller size is particularly suitable for mini Bundt cakes, pudding, ice cream, sauces, toppings and tasting portions. The larger variants provide more space for cakes, desserts and other individually prepared dishes.
Baking Bundt Cakes in the Jar
The heat-resistant jars can be used for baking when following a suitable recipe. The mixture is placed directly inside the glass and takes on the shaped interior during baking.
The jars are suitable for:
- Mini Bundt cakes and small cakes
- Cake portions for one or more people
- Pudding and firm desserts
- Individual ice cream portions
- Sweet and savoury baked goods
- Small food gifts and party favours
Do not expose the glass to sudden changes in temperature. Check it for cracks, chips and other damage before baking.
Preserving and Sealing
Depending on the recipe, the jars can also be used for preserving cakes, jam, jelly, preserves and other foods.
For preserving, the glass lid is used together with a suitable preserving ring and preserving clips. The glass lid alone does not create an airtight seal.
Different preserving rings are required depending on the size:
- 60 ml: preserving ring for a 60 mm opening
- 110 ml: preserving ring for an 80 mm opening
- 220 ml: preserving ring for a 100 mm opening
- 330 ml: preserving ring for a 120 mm opening
Preserving rings and clips are not included.
Portioning and Serving
The Bundt cake jars can be used not only for baking but also for direct serving. Desserts, pudding, ice cream and small dishes can be prepared in individual portions and presented in the transparent glass.
The different sizes are suitable for home use as well as cafés, restaurants, hotels, buffets and catering.
Food Gifts and Special Occasions
Small cakes, desserts and preserved foods can be presented directly in the jar as gifts. The Bundt shape makes them suitable for birthdays, weddings, celebrations and other special occasions.
When giving filled jars as gifts, clearly state the contents and any relevant storage or preparation instructions.
Easy to Clean
The jars and glass lids are dishwasher-safe. They can be cleaned thoroughly after use and should be completely dry before being used again.
Check all components for damage before baking or preserving. Damaged jars or lids must not be used.
